A tribute to the excellent game - just the hand, no wrist/arm/spool/etc. Wanted a poseable desk fidget - to commemorate the difficult journey in beating the game. Plus it was a good opportunity to try some mechanical designs.
This is far from 'screen accurate' - it is said that the great craftsman 'Dogen' made many versions to hone the shinobi prosthetic - perhaps this is one of these 'early prototype'.
(In the photos you can see I have not 'wrapped' mine - but you are, of course, free to do so).
I am by no means a design expert, and there may be copious jank if you try this yourself. I have an SLA printer, and although hypothetically I believe FDM would work, I have no way of testing.
The assembly should be somewhat straightforward - there are Japanese kanji characters to help sort out which finger is which, and then the tapered knuckle hinges simply push into the rings within the palm.
(To any kanji readers, I apologies for any mistakes).
It is designed to snap together
