We used to mark which task were mading each team member with custom magnets but our new board is not magnetic so I decided to design a post-it clip customizable with the photo (or avatar) of each member in the team.
Now we are testing this solution. The clip fits well with post-its and you can add an 2 x 2.5cm image inside.
