Pot Extender for aroids

A pot extender is a handy tool designed to support the growth of aroids, especially anthuriums. These plants often have extensive root systems that require plenty of space to thrive. A pot extender fits onto an existing pot, effectively increasing its height without the need for repotting. This gives the roots more room to grow while maintaining the current aesthetics of your planter. Use with sphagnum moss or other preferred growing medium. I recommend using PETG filament because of its contact with a moist medium. The 3mf files contain extenders I used myself and a brim with 0 mm gap - I treat it as part of the model.If you need a different model size, use the “customize” button.I cut the finished model with scissors, as in the photo, then cover the plant with moss and put the model on.
