Dispenses about 1/4 teaspoon per 90-degree turn, with spring/BBs giving a soft landing/brake every 90 degrees.

I used two springs from spent "Write Brothers" mechanical pencils (about 1cm long and 3.5mm diameter), two 4mm ball bearings, and two M2x8mm screws. The base and insert must be super-glued together so that there is a completely enclosed horizontal hole for the springs / BBs. Make sure the smooth side of the insert is facing outward (rough sides of the base and insert glued together).
Base should be printed upside down from how it's shown here.
print all 4 pieces, glue insert into base, use BB-tool (insertedfrom base side) to insert springs and ball bearings into joined base&insert, then push cover stem and bb_tool together so that the cover displaces the tool piece and the cover is holding the springs and BBs in place. After that,
