I made this because I'm currently too cheap to buy an orbital sander...
The disc has diameter of 50mm and a thickness of 5mm
The bit itself is 20mm of straight drill bit (from where the curve ends)
I just used a bit of glue stick on the disc, pressed it onto some sanding paper and cut around it. Works great!
My photos are from the base model, but I think I would go with the half round version next time.
