I had to cut a hole in an exterior wall to push a power cord through to an internal power point. Due to the size of the plug, the hole had to be quite large and as I don't want any water getting in there I made this two piece cover.
The inner circle is 41mm across which is a tight fit. I heated mine to get it snug as well as using silicone sealant to prevent any water getting in.
The pieces press fit together from either side of the hole, and if you rotate the notches the cable will be locked in place.
If you found this useful, please donate what you think it is worth to me at paypal.me/BlakeHarvey. This helps cover the time of design.
Thanks, Enjoy!
