Hello !
I created this remix of the Original Power Supply Enclosure.
It fits on the original position of the Ender 5 plus Control Box.
I removed the control box and installed 2x 2020x515mm Aluminum Profile with Brackets i bought online
I aligned the Profiles with the already drilled holes of the ender 5 plus. i tapped the center holes of the aluminum Profiles to make it fit.
Just tap the Aluminum Profile center hole with a M5 Tapper and reuse the Control box Mounting screws.
The Photo of the Cable "Management"
and the Photo of the Aluminum Profiles are from Version 1. So dont get confused if they look a bit different.
The Photo with the Aluminum Profiles and the Mounted Power Supply Case is V2. Thats the one your downloading.
Materials needed:
Case Lid:
6x M3x6 screws (can also be longer up to 10mm)
Case:
4x M4x10 screws (can also be longer up to 12mm)
Power Supply:
8x M4x4mm screws(can also be longer up to 6mm)
Brackets:
4x M5x6mm
Heatbed Control Modul:
3x M3x 4
