Power Sword

Seamless Multi-Part Design:
This sword was sliced along natural seam lines where possible and design to fit together using interlocking pins and geometry.
Where seams are unavoidable, their placement reduces the visible seam profile and makes for less overall sanding.

The Sword was designed to fit around a 3 ft x .5 in dowel for added stability

This Sword is designed to print on printers with ~250mm^3 build volume

The Power Sword is scaled around the proportions of a 6ft space marine (this is the scale of my Primaris Space Marine Armor Set).
