PowerSSO-36 package

I could only find the "slug-up" version of this PowerSSO-36 already drawn out there. But I needed the one with the 3 slugs "below" the case instead of on top, because that's how the VNH5180A from ST is arranged. All dimensions are the same, except that the heat sinking surfaces are touching the PCB below instead of having a heatsink slapped on top of the chip. I needed the footprint in sketchup as well, so it's here as well, but it's at 1000:1 scale for eagleUp. This is a 36 pins SMD power device.
