Powerwall - Terminal covers

These covers suit the LG Chem battery housings for the LG Chem N2.1 3.6V 120Ah modules.

They effectively cover the terminal connections while allowing balance connectors to still be attached.

Two options available, with the balance lead hole being on the front face or the side.

Printed using PLA on a 0.4mm nozel with 5% infill. It doesn't need to look great to do the job so printing at even lower resolution/infill should be fine, however the clips that hold it in place are finely tuned to grab tightly.

Ensure the stack is fully compressed prior to installing to avoid the clips snapping off.
