Powerwheels R7 Gears

I couldn’t find any Power Wheels 4-gear replacements that matched the gearbox for my child’s Grave Digger ride-on. Fortunately, I came across a CAD model of the gearbox online. After a few test prints and minor size adjustments to ensure a perfect fit, I got it dialed in. I printed the gears in nylon to better handle the torque. You may need to slightly enlarge the rod holes during assembly, but once fitted, the gears mesh smoothly and work great.Hope this helps someone else out there!Suggest to use grease as well inside gearbox
