This is a battery box to hold a Lithium-ion motorcycle starter battery (70x90x112mm), more specifically a Battery Tender BTL09A150CW, for a powered paraglider, but I am sure it has multiple uses. Has eyes for 1" webbing straps, velcro, etc. and a hole in the lid for wires.
