print all parts vertically using 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2 layer height.
make sure 3d printer extruder is calibrated and not under or over extruding to ensure parts fit nicely together. Use PLA or PETG with settings for good layer adhesion.

Use the template as a guide to cut a piece of conductive film and a thin sheet of clear plastic.
use double sided tape to stick the conductive film and clear plastic together and wrap then around a thin tube or screw driver to form the plastic into a round shape that fits inside the pen shell, then assemble the frame and shell as shown in the photo.
