prerelease Rook R

I made this as I know some are running into problems with Rook being a bit wobbly. This can use the same motor gantry and front bearing mounts as a standard Rook and the top frame and the bottom frame bolt together to strengthen the frame. This also has belt tensioning that works with other Rook frames. The 3 holes in the base are for a plate you can mount for your electronics ill make a blank later for you to make the holes for your board and other parts you want inside it
