Pressure gauge bezel

most modern gauges are not designed to be adjusted, calibrated, or serviced, and are held together by a crimped metal bezel. To get into the innards of the gauge, the bezel must be removed, which, in effect, destroys it, and the gauge can’t be put back together again. I designed this 3D-printed bezel to enable me to reassemble a gauge once it has been fixed. It’s printed in flexible TPU, which can be stretched over the lens at the front of the gauge. Once assembled, the gauge looks like new!

An STL file is provided for a 2" gauge. A corresponding Fusion 360 CAD file allows users to customize the size.
The filament needs to be flexible TPU to enable the bezel to be stretched into position.
