body size envelope: 20 X 20 X 6 mm Components: 1. Casing 2. Diaphragm 3. Circular disk 4. Terminals 5. Springs • Through Inlet Air enters to a chamber in which 3 sides are closed by the casing and the other side is closed by Diaphragm. • When pressure increases in the chamber, the Diaphragm expands pushing the circular dick upwards, over the disk the copper slide 1 (connected to input terminal) is attached • When disk moves upwards the copper slide which is attached disk moves upward • Over the coppers slide 1 another copper slide 2 ( connected to output terminal) will be attached with some .05mm gap • As copper slide 1 moves upwards it comes in contact with the upper copper slide 2, then the currents flows from copper slide 1 to copper slide 2 • When pressure decreases the Diaphragm comes to normal position. • The springs attached to the disk at both ends makes the disk to come to normal position.
