The original model is a simple door hinge for 4040 aluminum extrusion and 1/8" or 3mm-thick door panels. I needed a modification in order to have a complanar surface at the bottom for my furniture, while the model has a 3mm height difference due to its scope. While doing this, i added holes for screws. I employed those hinges in wooden furniture and screws were used in order to position them on in the right place. I verified an angle range of 0° to 180°. Supports are required on the hinge. Once printed, you can add some vaseline or other plastic-friendly grease into the exposed holes of the hinge to smooth out the motion. I printed PLA even if the original model is reccomended PETG.
