The SCAD file is all my own work, I reverse engineered it from a printed pair of 138821.
The main difference is that I created this model to work with cheap blades from the discount store. Instead of locking the blade from the side and bottom, my version only locks the blade when the tool is on top of it.
Be careful when using this tool. Keep your thumbs in the thumb saddles and your index fingers pinching the other side of the saddles. Keep all parts of your body away from blade. Use at your own risk.
You can edit the OpenSCAD file to have the tools fit different size of blades.
