Printbed Scraper — Small Size (S40)🧩 Design ConceptA compact printbed scraper sized S40 for quick, precise cleanup. Comfortable to hold and material-efficient, with a chamfered bottom on the handle side so the tool pops off the build plate easily after printing. Also works well as a plastic scraper/spatula for everyday tasks and DIY projects where a metal tool would be too harsh.🖨️ Printing TipsOrientation: Flat on the bed, handle up.Supports: Not required.Adhesion: PEI (smooth or textured); a light glue stick if needed.Post-print: Lightly deburr the working edge for a cleaner feel.🛠️ Recommended SettingsMaterial: PETG or ABS for durability. (PLA is possible but will wear faster.)First layer: 0.24 mmNext layers: 0.12 mm (smoother finish & a touch more flex) – 0.20 mm (faster print, more stiffness)Walls / perimeters: 5Bottom layers: 5Infill: ~20% (Gyroid)Top/Bottom pattern: ConcentricPerimeter generator: Arachne walls engine (if your slicer supports it)Optional: enable ironing on the topmost surface for a crisper finish🧰 Use & CareWork at a low angle with gentle pressure on PEI to avoid gouging. For very stubborn parts, prefer PETG/ABS and keep 5 perimeters for stiffness — or check my other upload: “Set of printbed scrapers and spatulas” with reinforced tough-edge variants.☕ Support & FollowIf you like my designs, follow me — more functional everyday prints are coming soon, including tool organizers, workshop helpers, and printable accessories. You can buy me a coffee simply by printing and boosting my files — nothing more 😉Most of my uploads are completely free, so I’ll be truly happy if you decide to reward my work in any way.If you’re interested in commercial use of this model, please contact me by leaving a comment.
