1) ABS wheels are not the best option. Tested different filaments (ABS, PLA, TPE, TPU, Rubber, Nylon), and looks like nylon is best of all.
2) 20x60 rail for X axis is too soft for milling 40x60 is optimal option. Its tested and parts will be added soon.
3) Belt drive. Fast, easy, not accurate and not strong enought, especialy for NEMA17 with its low torque. Screws are testing right now and looks like its much better option even its not so fast.

After disassembling MPCNC i`ve got lots of 608 bearings, lots of screws, and wanted to use them in other CNC machine. So i decided to build my own router, i can update easily.
Spent many days thinking how to get, what i want, and at last made plans of the first variant of this machine.

In total it will take about 1kg of ABS filament

V-slot extrusion for the frame:
20x20 960mm - 4pcs
20x20 920mm - 2pcs
20x20 250mm -
