This is a bearing I designed specifically for one of my mods: QIDI X-Max - Improved X-Gantry With Tensioners It's similar in style to the commonly available IGUS bearings but I needed a slightly increased inner dimension (ID) to avoid binding of the Carbon Fiber rods I use in my printer. Normal steel bearings cannot be used with CF rods as the steel balls in the bearings would destroy them quickly. I recommend dialing flow before you start so you don't underextrude or overextrude your prints, it's quite important: Flow Calibration Cube Versions I have included the following bearings for compatibility with more printers, available both as stl and step: LMU10 (LM10U, LM10UU) LMUW10 LMU8 (LM8U, LM8UU) LMUW8 LM8SUU (LMU8SS) Print Settings Print the bearings in the direction I have set them, supports should not be used. Print one and see how it fits with your rods and adjust if needed (step file is available). I recommend using Nylon (PA) filament for these as it works great with both steel
