Prisoner's Collar

This is my first upload, so I apologize if this summary is not up to standard.

Features:
•1/4" thick and 1.75" tall (it is durable)
•16" internal diameter
•Overset retaining pin so that it can be popped out by hand (and on the go)
•Large bore lead mount on the front (fits most carabiners)

The pins must be printed horizontally in your slicer. I have not experimented much with scaling, so I don't know how that would turn out if you need to adjust the size. Supports are needed under the lead mount and pins. It is very likely that the pins may need pushed in and out several times for them to unseat and reseat comfortably.
