I made it 2.5" instead of 90mm (3.5"). Scale it up if you wanted to keep it at 3.5". There's a rattle chamber in at the front/head for your weight. Volume is 21.69g/cm3
If you want it to float, scale it up to 3.5", use lower infill percentage. From experience, smaller lures are harder to float due to lower volume. You would have to keep the wall very low, like 2walls, and 0% infill.
