EDIT 19SEPT2016:
Added Extruder Base RX with extra mount hole on top (46mm spacing above two horizontal holes). Plus added core out for 1/4" filament guide tube. You don't need this for the Prometheus hot end, but may be useful none the less.

EDIT 30SEP2016:
Added Plus sizes for the 30mmvent and idlerholder. Original files tend to be too tight on the hot end neck.
