Just a prop Halligan tool I designed as a toy for some kids in my area that are really passionate about firefighters! Just glue the two pieces on a solid wood/metal stick/rod, 28mm in diameter. Scale to fit on sticks of other sizes. I printed it with Overture Pla+ and it can withstand a decent amount of abuse/rough play.
