Propagation Ball

Thought I'd make a configurable propagation ball.
print two parts the same and bring them together around the prepared stalk.

you can set the ball size, stem overhang length, wall thickness.

At present this is designed to hold together using twine or wire wrapped around the two halves.
There are no alignment marks for bringing them together.

I will add these as I figure what the object really needs.

v2 adds hinges. The hinge suffers at low size (obviously)
v2.1 slight changes to hinge position. Both in this file and the hinge generation file.
v2.1.1 widened the central block space to give greater movement to hinge

The hinge code is available separately. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5550968 but is also included here as I am not very good at continuing with model development unless prompted.
