Propane Valve Dust Cap

This is a threaded dust cap for QCC1 standard valves used on 20 and 30 lb propane cylinders in North America. The thread is 1 5/16" Acme, with enough clearance to accommodate ABS shrinkage.


This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1905329 but the upload interface couldn't find it.

The original was sized for PLA and I thought the walls were excessively thick. Plus I wanted a hole for the tether.

It may be a little tight at first, but will loosen up as the thread faces wear.
