This is a protective face shield that is simple to make. With my printer, and the settings that I have provided, I am able to print two bands per hour.
I have been using write-on transparency films (see pictures) and using a three hole punch to make the holes. The template for the hole pattern has also been uploaded. You need to do two runs through the hole punch. The first run is the standard 3 hole pattern. The second is moving the two end sliders to the outer edge of the 2 3/4 in center mark (see the pictures).
If the band is too larger, or you would it to be affixed better to your head, you can hook a medium sized rubber-band around the two hooks on the back of the trap.
I have also uploaded the standard 3 hole punch version in case you have a hole punch that does not let you move the hole locations. The thing is that the screen does not stay in place as well and tends to twist a little and not contour to the face as well. But I am sure a medical worker would prefer tha
