Proton Pack Synch Generator Details

Added chamfer and radius to detail that holds two pipes. This was a request so only use if you want to.

The SynDetlButress.stl file should only be used if you wish to have somewhere to screw the bolts into. These parts are optional.

SyncDet3 is slightly shorter to allow it to fit over the centre cover assembly (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:546880)

Epoxy parts to the outside edge of the synch generator. If you feel the SG walls are too thin, print the SynDetlButtress.stl, and use #4 screws
to fasten the flanges of the SG plates together, instead of bolts.
