another generator Idea I attempted at the same time as the Pelton turbine.
this unit works but rather poorly , and would need some modifications to work properly.
I do plan on finishing this however its been the least effective so far as a generator. In the long run if I cant get it to work illl wire the coils up as a motor and use it as a fan .
materials
magnets : 10x5x2mm n52 magnets ( future developments will likely change this but the drawing currently fits those magnets )
m3x20 screw ( for the clamp)
m3x16 screws ( for bearing support frame)
6mm straw / shaft stainless for water use.
magnet wire ( I used 0.3mm wire and 130 turns)
6mm balls ( water resistant / airsoft bbs )
iron M4 fasteners for the coils ( count depends on how many coils and what arrangements one uses )
Be careful I spun this up with a vacuum and ended up losing a magnet , witch proceeded to leave a nice welt on my leg ( eye protection required)
