This is my new X frame for 5inch quads!
Here are a few notes:
-The back arms are raised by 1cm to make for cleaner airflow for the back motors.
-It's intended to be used with a 4in1 ESC but it should work fine even with normal ESCs.
You can mount the camera to the front brace.I designed it to fit my caddx sdr camera, so check your camera dimensions before printing it.
-You can choose to mount the battery on the bottom or the top.
-You will need 8 m3x20 screws and 4 m3x10 screws
-The holes for the FC and ESC are 30.5mm apart
-You might need to melt the plastic a bit if your ESC is bigger.
-The arms are a bit flexible if printed in PLA, you might need to add a carbon or plywood piece on the bottom to make them straight, or if make them out of carbon fiber if you can.
Parts I used:
-Racerstar 35Amp 4in1 ESCs
-Samguk wu 2206 2400kv
-4s 1800mah Turnigy Graphene battery
-Omnibus F4 pro V3 FC
-Eachine TX805
-Caddx micro SDR2 camera
-FrSky XSR receiver
-Racerstar 5040
