Proud Source Water Bottle Cap

A screw on cap replacement for the Proud Source 750 ml aluminum bottle.
These things make great water bottles for hiking and such but could use a better top.

Print on the side (as shown in STL) with support at around 70 degree angle.

I printed in PLA but would probably be better in ABS.

The seal is pretty good with this, but a gasket may be necessary. ( I am looking for one).

NOTE: I am working on the gasket issue. I recommend you don't make this until I fix the problem. I have good quality gaskets on order to try out but will probably need to resize the cap once I have them.

V2: I just couldn't get a good seal without using a gasket. So I did a redesign. I also couldn't get consistent prints using the big integrated loop. You pretty much have to print this thing with the screw opening pointing UP. So I made changes to the top to allow it to sit flat (upside down) to be printed. I recommend the MKXII lid in ABS.
