I have a Kobra 1 that I bought used, & I've been working for weeks trying to get good prints out of it. While trying to work on setting the proximity sensor, I found a YouTube video from AnyCubic about replacing the sensor. In the video there was shown the tool used for the task and is apparently taped to the bottom. Unfortunately, the video did not include a link for the file. After 45 minutes I found a file shared in Google drive, I printed it on my K3M and tried it out. There aren't any clear instructions on the proper use, but I set the nozzle firmly then lowered the sensor via screw until it too was firmly on the tool. Lower side for the nozzle. For me, the next print did not work well after leveling, though the self-leveling went perfectly. I double-checked my work and then used a folded sheet of paper to set my Z-offset, which in my case is -0.80. (If I ever find a new print head assembly to replace my cracked one, I'll start over) From there the detail got much cleaner, even if it isn't great yet, and the brim and supports came off much easier. Now that I have explained, it seems obvious that such a necessary tool should be available on the AnyCubic site. I also printed, and uploaded the same tools for the K2 and related models.
