Prusa compatible twist lock spool holder.

Remixed the original Prusa twist lock mecanism but with an M8 ros and adjustable spool holders combined with my M8 quicklock nuts this was very usefull for me.
You might find that the M8 threaded rod is a bit tight and might not want to go down all the way ... no issue, just hand tighten it with a cloth and it will be fine.
There are also 2 sets of spool holders because one that does everything was getting uncomfortably wide.
The spool holders are designed to take a standard 608ZZ baring (ID 8, OD 22) the one that normally goes in rollerblade, scooters or skateboards.
