Prusa CORE One rivet tool

Removing the top panel is simple: just grab any calibration cube, push the rivet upward, and pull it out.Some rivets, however, are trickier to remove because of their position. Thats where this small tool comes init makes the job easy. Place it flat against the rivet, push, and youre done. For acrylic panels, you can pinch the rivet and tool together with your thumb to prevent slipping or scratching.This tool is tiny and designed for one-handed use.Printing is straightforward: place it upright on the build plate and use a 0.10mm Fast Detail setting. PLA is strong enough for repeated rivet removals. For best results, keep the first 23mm with thin layers to reduce friction.This design wasnt my original plan.
