Prusa i3 Bear Upgrade Z Rod Stabilizer Knobs

My lead screws were wobbling and moving inside the z-tops. This easy, tool-less, mod stabilizes the lead screws and doubles as a useful knob for leveling the z-axis steppers.

Print 1 knob for each lead screw. Screw them on tightly.
