Modified Prusa i3 z-axis-top part

To be used with [this](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:100128) kind of design, when you need to apply it on the front of the machine.
The "bolt-anchor" part needs to be placed on the top of the z-axis-top and can be used as a stable surface to screw the nut on if the angle between the y axis and the rod is approx 58°.
