Prusa i3 improved z-endstop

For me it was too intricate to adjust the z-level with the original z-enstop-holder. So I designed one which is adjustable with a screw.
Just put an M4 nut in the z-endstop-top (it fits in very thight, so maybe you should use a flat nose plier), insert the screw and plug the z-endstop-top in the original x-end-idler.
Mounting the new z-endstop-holder is just the same as the original besides it is on the right side.
