Low Poly LED Mount to illuminate the print bed of the Prusa i3.
The position of the LEDs is nice especially for print bed inspection and first layer calibration.
You need 2x 2 segments of any standard 12V LED stripe (length of 10cm, max width 10mm), see wiring diagramm, some cables and a standard switch (optional).
The parts are mounted to the y-steppers using the original screws. 2 extra m3x10mm srews are recommended to mount the parts of each side together (one per side). There is a channel through each mount for the cable comming from the LED-stripe to give it a clean look.
Use the wiring diagramm to power the LEDs from 12V or 24V. Check, what supply voltage your printer is using, i am not responsible for any occuring damages...
You need to print the top parts left and right and one bottom part per side. You can chose if you want the switch at left or right side or leave it out.
