Prusa I3 MK3 Camera Mount - Higher Angle

I needed to keep the same camera orientation (no upside down version for my setup due to complicated software setup), but I wanted a higher angle. So I took Lab27's elegant design and made it:
1. higher up by 20mm
2. farther out by 15 mm
3. ugly (please forgive me)
