I love Prusa style knob for its ergonomy. Having a Geeetech printer, the round knob was the first thing I wanted to change to be able to operate it with one finger only. I didn't like existing prusa designs which are friction fit. I wanted a knob which utilizes a locking cut on the encoder shaft.

This knob was designed for a typical 6 mm shaft. I provided you with OpenSCAD file which you can use to generate STL. You might want to modify the knob width by adjusting a $bolt_width variable. It depends on your printer, print settings, material type, etc. I find 6.3 & 6.4 ok for typical 6 mm shaft. Additionally you will find STL files generated for those sizes.
