I wanted to set up a reverse bowden system on my new MK3 and didn't want to have to replace the upper Z rod bracket so designed this to sit behind it.
Replace the two M3x10mm screws that normally hold the upper Z rod bracket with two of the spare M3x18mm screws that came with your printer along with two M3 lock nuts to secure. Note: the printer frame ends up sandwiched between the upper Z rod bracket and the reverse bowden bracket (see photo).
The threads are set up for the PC4-M10 fittings available on Amazon. These are what I'm using: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KHN1HWY/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Step file included. Pictured part printed in Priline CF PC.
