Prusa MK3s Tool Holder.
Technically a remix/hybrid of 3 designs I liked, and I combined the best elements of each to suit what I was looking for.

UPDATE: I added a "v2" updated version that prints better by avoiding overhangs and small pieces that at risk of coming detached form the print bed.
