Prusa Mount for Full Graphic LCD Controller

I've created a LCD mount to fit on the Prusa Mk2 or mk3 frames. The other mounts I've looked at interfered with the Mk3's extruder at it's highest points, so I tried to limit the amount of material forward of the frame, while still allowing for a solid mount.

These mounts were created to fit with the mounting holes in this case: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250

You can use 4 M3x18mm screws to secure the both case parts to the mount.
