You will need to bend the legs of the PS2 connector to be straight

Follow my wiring diagram it was made using the instructions from darthcloud's github, you do not need to connect PIN3 to VIN.
Ive printed a handful of these without any issue and they worked great on my PS2 slim 77001, If you find an issue with anything please leave a comment.
The top with "insert" is designed to be a window for the sync LED to shine through.
