I kept it pretty simple, but it works perfectly. Please see photos, also the photo from the camera itself, taken out of OctoPrint. The camera is set to wide angle by turning the lens to the blue point.
This thing consists out of three parts: The foot for mounting the camera at the upper left front corner of the Ender 5. The base which goes directly onto the foot (use a M4 flat head screw and a M4 nut) and takes the PS3 Eye Camera. And the top which fixes the camera to its position in the base part (use two M3 flat head screws and two M3 nuts for putting the top and base together).
For the base part I only changed the position of the hole of the base part because with the original position of the hole the camera would have been positioned inside the print a
