A fan mount for a 200x110x50mm PSU and a 60x60x10mm fan
with a little bit of flexibility to mound other fans or use other sized PSU
You can simple hang it on or use the clip-holder to set the blob into a hole of the perforated metal plate - if existing.
On plain surfaces it could and should stay in place by friction.
