UPDATE: See V2 => https://makerworld.com/en/models/905926 Good working PTFE tube/filament cap. Press the filament lightly in the cap so it sticks. Then press the cap onto the PTFE tube. When you pull the cap from the tube the filament comes out with the cap. I printed it in PLA with 0.12mm layer height and a nozzle of 0.4mm, no other settings needed. UPDATE: It is possible that the cap doesn't fit as intended. They should hold the filament in the cap and give a near airtight fit for the PTFE tube. I noticed that the tolerances for different printers are slightly different and because the design works with measurements of 0.1 to 0.2 mm accuracy some people have to scale their prints in the slicer. Try to print 3 test caps with a scaling of 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm and 0.2 mm. I'm sure one will fit like intended. Success.
