Was looking at the hotend PTFE mod from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3203831 and wanted to create a universal PTFE cutter, since I don't know the exact length for my setup. So I made a cutter on a slider with length marks on its side. The blade slot is modeled for a utility knife blade(0.5mm), common in the US.
I would recommend to use a mini clamp(or drill a small screw hole on the side and with a screw) to lock it in place while cutting it. Also I think it's better not cutting it all the way down (only cut down 1mm with the thin blade tip) as the thicker blade body will push out the tube when cutting all the way down to the bottom side and result an uneven cut. Cutting it with 4 or more cuts(or spin the tube around the blade tip) gives me a better result.
