PTFE Guide Protector for S1 Reinforced Orientation

This version for a PTFE guide protector is designed to resist mechanical failure when installed in an Kobra S1. Other designs keep breaking for me or I had to add a brim to get the best orientation, this variant is optimized for printing in an orientation that aligns its structural reinforcement with the principal loads, resulting in much greater durability under bending or shear forces. The model is 0.4g and prints in 2m 50s. • Recommended orientation: Print horizontal so layer lines run parallel to the main load. • Material choice: PETG, Nylon, or fiber-reinforced filament for maximum strength. Personally I use PLA to print PLA and it works fine for me. • Supports: Not required thanks to geometry. • Installation: Ensure alignment to minimize side stresses.
